This gauge features a special design which automatically aligns the position of the digital indicator precisely with the chuck wall angle of the can, eliminating variance due to operator technique. The digital indicators are easy to read, and have an SPC output for connection to automated seam analysis systems such as the WACO Accuseam 2000. The thickness gauge also features exceptional repeatability, a gauge resolution of 0.0127mm and easy positioning of cans. The WACO Seam Thickness Gauge is suited for round cans with diameters from 5 to 16.5cm. Constructed of machined stainless steel for corrosion resistance and long life. The base plate is reversible to double the wear life of the surface. The anvil may also be rotated when worn to increase wear life.
