|
GlutenTox Sticks is a rapid, sensitive and accurate quantitative gluten test of the most immunotoxic fraction of gliadin in raw materials, finished food products or production surfaces. The test is based on monoclonal G12 antibody that is specific for the 33-mer peptide, considered to be the most toxic part of gluten. This test detects prolamins of wheat (gliadin), barley (hordein), rye (secalin) and oats (avenin). It does not react to samples containg soy, rice or corn. |
