Ask a question about this product

BagFilter® and BagPage® filter bags allow you to considerably reduce analysis time.  When using BagFilter® and BagPage® with BagMixer® paddle blender for lab, your analysis is best: No cross contamination, excellent cell survival rate and sterile filtration.

The  bag range is the most complete and robust on the market. From RollBag® sampling bags, allowing you to blend, to BagFilter® and BagPage®filter bags adapted to any use or BagLight®ultra-resistant plain bags, you are assured to find the bags that will meet your needs in our quality BagFilter® range.

Filtrate preparation for microbiological analysis:  why use BagFilter® filter bags? BagPage® and BagFilter® are used to dilute, blend and automatically filter any solid sample in order to proceed to its chemical or microbiological analysis.

The sample and its diluent are placed in a BagPage® or BagFilter® sterile filter bag; the bag is placed in a BagMixer® paddle blender, as specified in ISO 6887 - 1983 (european) and NF V 08 - 010 (french AFNOR) norms. The sample is then crushed and homogenized by the alternate movement of the paddles. The filtration is automatic. The filtrate pipeted behind the filter is free of fibers and residual remains.

Disposable, the sterile filter bags safely allow for a greater reduction in analysis time. Cross contamination is minimised. No rinsing or cleaning is required. The use of sterile filter bags for solid sample preparation is the most safe and economic method.
