Diethylstilbestrol (DES)

Diethylstilbestrol and hexestrol are very efficient anabolic steroids, combined with a strong estrogenic activity.

The European Community allows a limit of up to 2 ppb DES in urine, feces, bile and liver.

Using the RIDASCREEN® DES assay, it is possible to detect diethylstilbestrol in urine, bile, muscle, feces and liver both rapidly and with accuracy.
