Built upon LifeCycler technology, this instrument combines rapid air thermocycling and a real-time fluorimeter to reliably identify test samples in less than 25 minutes. Because of its sensitivity, accuracy and high speed, it is the ideal instrument for rapid pathogen identification and genotyping. Because of its unique design, test samples achieve a high uniformity of temperature and ultra-rapid transitions ensuring better results and cleaner melting curves. The instrument is an "open" system which means the user can also program the intrument to conduct other PCR tests. Features: - Rapid air thermocycling - 32 sample capacity - 45 cycles in 25 minutes - Glass capillaries for faster reactions & better optics - Three-colour optics-allows fluorescence monitoring over a wide range of wavelengths, providing multiplex capabilities - Accurate and highly reproducible results
