Both the new Winn-15 Mini and proven Winn-150 Small Scale Winnower include the unique BLT bean breaker, sieving, and dust collection system for roasted and unroasted cocoa beans. The system helps maximize cocoa nib yield, and is simple and clean to operate. Clients now have the ability to efficiently produce small amounts of cocoa nib. Artisan chocolate makers and chocolate manufacturers can do cocoa bean processing that is based on large-scale industrial cocoa bean winnowers. The Winn-15 Mini Winnower will efficiently break and winnow up to 15kg of cocoa beans per hour. The design of the Mini Winnower's bean breaker is key; the breaker is adjustable and does not ‘overgrind’ the cocoa beans. Overgrinding not only reduces nib yield, but also creates excessive dust.
