Swab To Be Sure |

Simply swab the food surface, add the swab to reagent filled tube and check the colour change after 10 minutes. Green is clean, grey is caution, purple indicates some contamination and dark purple shows that the surface is highly contaminated and needs re-cleaning immediately. There is no need for any special equipment or training so cleaning can verified simply and quickly. Any protein residue could mean that a biofilm has not been removed, and so possibly preventing the sanitiser from working. This does not specifically test for bacteria but rather the nutrients required for bacterial growth. |
